New Year, New Beginnings
Heading into the new year, Kaori and I are now settled into our new home in Scarborough. After resigning from Honeywell and a nice 3 week break, I started at my new job today, and am expecting my new car too. This all feels very refreshing.
The drive in to work today wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected, which takes a load of stress and anxiety off my mind.
Hopefully all these changes in our lives turn out positively.

Six years of my life captured in photos, six years finally uploaded and sorted into the Gallery. As I uploaded the images, waves of nostalgia hit me, and I realized how fortunate I’ve been to meet all the friends I’ve met and done all the things I’ve done so far in life.
I suddenly wish I had a camera all this time, and that I had the presence of mind to record all my adventures. I think someday, when I have time on my hands, I will go back and scan all the photos from my childhood in the Dominican, and growing up in Canada.

This is the second week back since the trip to Taiwan with Kaori and Brian. We had a blast, and part of me still wishes we were still there. The food was amazing, and the 3-day tour with my family driving around the island was amazing. Taiwan is just as beautiful as I remember it, and now I’m wondering why (other than money) I don’t go back more often.
I will post some highlights from the trip in subsequent blog posts, but for now, here is the gallery:

I’m in the process of moving to this new domain, and redoing some of the old features that I had. Please bear with me, I should be up and running shortly!
